Babo Botanicals is launching their first-ever eco-friendly refill pouches on November 15th. The 16 oz pouches contain the Shampoo & Wash collection.
The reusable pouches are made of 30% Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic and use 80% less plastic than two 16oz bottles. The packaging update supports the brand’s goal of reducing their use of virgin plastic by 75% by 2025.
In addition to the new pouches, Babo Botanicals swapped its 16oz pump bottles to 100% PCR packaging, excluding the pump and label.
The Shampoo and Wash collection includes Moisturizing Oat and Calendula, Eucalyptus Remedy, Calming Lavender, and Sensitive Baby. Each collection partners with sustainable farmers to source their ingredients.
Babo Botanicals will include a "How2Recycle" label on all its new packaging. The brand has partnered with the organization since 2021.
