COII Packaging Solutions recently created the carton and tray for Beauty Packaging’s B2B Beauty Solutions Sampling Box, which contained sustainable Eastman products from a number of packaging providers. Here, Joe Cicci, President Emeritus, COII Packaging Solutions of the NJ-based company, tells us more about the solutions they offer:

The Beauty Box

The outer box designed for Beauty Packaging’s B2B Sampling Box was printed on 100# coated paper which was mounted to the inside of double white E-flute material. This facilitated good integrity in the direct mailing to all. The inner platform was manufactured on 024 SBS. All the printed substrates were from Case Paper. COII used its “No Trap” technology to print the colors, a matte background and only putting a high gloss finish on all of the colored printing to make it stand out with perfect registration. Inside the box there were seven information cards printed 2 sides on .016 Neenah Classic Crest white Eggshell stock.
